1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the mobile application (“App”) and the services provided through it. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App allows users to discover sauna and wellness locations and, with an active subscription, access selected promotional offers provided by participating venues.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to the service.

3. User Account

To access certain features of the App, users must create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.

The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription

Certain features of the App, including access to exclusive deals, require an active paid subscription.

Subscription prices, billing intervals, and payment terms are displayed within the App. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Users may manage or cancel their subscription through the respective app store account settings.

5. Deals and Offers

Deals presented in the App are promotional offers provided by independent sauna or wellness venues.

The App provider does not operate these venues and is not responsible for the availability, quality, pricing, or execution of services offered by them.

Each offer may contain specific conditions, limitations, or validity periods. Users are responsible for reviewing these conditions before redeeming an offer.

6. Redemption of Offers

Offers can only be redeemed through the App using the provided redemption mechanism (e.g., QR code or one-time code).

Each offer may be limited to a specific number of redemptions per user or subscription period. Attempts to bypass redemption limits, duplicate codes, or otherwise misuse offers may result in account suspension.

7. Changes to Offers

Participating venues may modify or withdraw offers at any time. The App provider does not guarantee the continuous availability of specific deals.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to: • misuse the App or attempt to circumvent technical protections • exploit offers beyond the permitted redemption limits • share or resell redemption codes • engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior toward participating venues

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as available” basis. The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of services offered by third-party venues.

10. Termination

The provider may suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms or engages in misuse of the platform.

Users may stop using the App at any time and cancel their subscription through the relevant app store settings.

11. Changes to the Terms

The provider may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be informed of significant changes through the App or via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence provide otherwise.
